At Rosemunde Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest designated drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
